Platform: LegalMap360 (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”)
Welcome to LegalMap360, a legal information and professional verification platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Purpose of the Platform
LegalMap360 serves as a directory and verification platform for legal professionals.
We list and verify basic, publicly available information about advocates and legal service providers. The Platform does not endorse, promote, or advertise on behalf of any advocate, law firm, or legal entity.
All due diligence, including verification of credentials, location, and services, remains the responsibility of the user.
2. User Eligibility
By using this Platform, you represent that you are:
- At least 18 years of age; and
- Using the Platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Account Registration (If Applicable)
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
LegalMap360 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Nature of Listings and Verification
LegalMap360 verifies information to the extent possible using documentation or professional data provided by advocates.
However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any listing.
All users are advised to exercise independent judgment and discretion before engaging with any listed professional.
5. User Conduct
Users shall not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes;
- Misrepresent or falsify any information;
- Attempt to breach, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s systems or security measures.
Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
6. Legal Compliance
LegalMap360 operates strictly within the framework of the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Rules framed by the Bar Council of India (Rule 36, Section IV, Chapter II, Part VI).
Only basic, publicly permissible details are published — including an advocate’s name, qualifications, enrollment number, contact information, practice area, and location.
This data is either publicly accessible or voluntarily submitted for verification.
LegalMap360 does not solicit, promote, or advertise on behalf of any advocate or law firm.
Inclusion on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or certification of professional capability.
We uphold ethical transparency and compliance with all BCI regulations governing digital legal information dissemination.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on LegalMap360 — including logos, text, graphics, design, and data — is the intellectual property of LegalMap360 or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any material without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We do not control or assume responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. Users should review respective third-party terms before interacting with them.
9. Limitation of Liability
LegalMap360, its founders, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Platform;
- Reliance on any information obtained through the Platform; or
- Unauthorized access or alteration of user data.
Users assume full responsibility for their interactions with listed professionals.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LegalMap360, its proprietor, representatives, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach or violation of these Terms; or
- Your misuse or unauthorized use of the Platform or its services.
11. Modifications to the Terms
LegalMap360 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our data handling and protection practices.
13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual consultation within thirty (30) days.
If unresolved, such dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by LegalMap360, and the seat and venue of arbitration shall be in India, at a location determined by LegalMap360 at the time of dispute resolution.
Proceedings shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Subject to the above, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all related matters.

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Legal Compliance Statement, constitute the entire agreement between the user and LegalMap360, superseding all prior representations or understandings.
