All services provided on LegalMap360 are digital and intangible in nature. Upon successful payment, the service shall be deemed initiated.

Accordingly, no return, exchange, cancellation, or refund shall be permissible under any circumstances.

All fees paid towards verification, listing, or subscription services are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of non-usage, partial usage, or change of intent.

Refunds, if any, shall be considered solely at the discretion of LegalMap360 and only in cases of duplicate payment or proven technical failure attributable to the Platform.
