LegalMap360 is a legal information and professional networking platform designed to facilitate access to verified advocates and legal resources.
The Platform does not provide legal advice, representation, or solicitation, nor does it substitute professional legal consultation.
All listings, content, and interactions are for informational purposes only and are subject to verification and due diligence.
2. Bar Council Compliance
LegalMap360 respects and adheres to the Bar Council of India (BCI) Rules, particularly those governing the professional conduct, advertising, and solicitation of advocates.
The Platform ensures that:
- Advocate listings are based on publicly available information or voluntarily submitted verified data.
- No paid promotion or advertisement of legal services is permitted.
- All communications comply with the restrictions under Rule 36 of the BCI Rules.
LegalMap360 functions solely as a facilitative digital interface, not as a law firm, intermediary, or agency for legal representation.
3. Data and User Protection
The Platform implements reasonable security practices and data protection measures as required under the SPDI Rules, 2011.
User data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently for specified purposes only.
All information is retained, secured, or deleted in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
4. Grievance Redressal
LegalMap360 has appointed a Grievance Officer to ensure compliance and address user concerns promptly.

5. Jurisdiction & Governance
LegalMap360 operates under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jharkhand, India, and all disputes are subject to arbitration as per the governing laws of India, in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Platform.
